About the role
Between a signed spec and a delivered dataset there are dozens of moving parts: providers, experts, reviews, verification and exports. You'll run that machine so buyers get what they were promised, when they were promised it.
What you'll do
- Plan and run sourcing projects from pilot batch to production and standing orders.
- Coordinate experts, providers and reviewers, and keep everyone working from the same spec.
- Track progress against acceptance criteria and flag risks early.
- Improve our tools and playbooks with every project.
What we're looking for
- Experience in operations, program management or delivery for data, research or services teams.
- Calm, organized and comfortable with many simultaneous workstreams.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, simple scripts or internal tools.
Nice to have
- Experience managing annotation vendors or distributed workforces.
