Three choices per work

Consent you can actually enforce.

Every work records one answer for AI training. It's written into the signed provenance record and published everywhere a crawler or buyer might look.

Option 1

Not permitted

The default. Your work is reserved from AI training, and that reservation is declared in its metadata, response headers and robots rules.

Option 2

Permitted with a paid licence

Your work joins the private catalogue at the per-work training price you set. Buyers license it; you're paid per sale.

Option 3

Permitted freely

For work you want models to learn from. The permission is still recorded, signed and attributable to you.

What registration gives you

Do I give up ownership?

No. You keep all rights. Buyers receive a licence for a specific use, scope and term, written out in plain language.

What if my work shows people?

Works with identifiable people are only offered for training when their consent for AI training is on file. You can attach model and property releases to each work.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. You can change a work's AI settings at any time; the signed record is re-issued. Licences already sold run to the end of their term.

Can this stop a crawler that ignores the rules?

No technology can. What registration does is declare your terms in every form outside systems read, identify copies, and give you the evidence and tools to act when they're ignored.
