About the role
Our expert network is the reason buyers come to us. You'll recruit credentialed specialists in the fields our customers need, verify they are who they say they are, and give them a great first experience of paid work with HUMXN.
What you'll do
- Source experts in priority fields through professional communities, societies, universities and referrals.
- Run credential and identity checks, and design short paid assessments with Data Operations.
- Match new experts to open briefs and keep them engaged between projects.
- Track supply against demand so we know which fields to grow next.
What we're looking for
- Experience in technical or professional recruiting, community building or expert networks.
- Respect for professionals' time and expertise.
- Careful, consistent process; verification is part of the product.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting in medicine, law, finance or engineering.
