About the role
Some of the most valuable training data already exists: in photo archives, music catalogues, film libraries, publishers' back lists and creator communities. You'll lead the partnerships that bring those catalogues onto HUMXN with clear consent, fair terms and full provenance.
What you'll do
- Own the pipeline of catalogue partners from first meeting to signed deal and onboarding.
- Structure terms that work for rights holders and buyers: scope, exclusivity, pricing and revenue share.
- Coordinate onboarding with Data Operations so catalogues are registered, fingerprinted and verified.
- Represent HUMXN with creator communities and industry groups.
What we're looking for
- A track record closing partnerships or licensing deals in media, publishing, music, stock or similar.
- Comfort with rights, licensing and royalty structures.
- The judgement to walk away from supply that doesn't meet our consent standard.

- Relationships across archives, agencies or labels.
